Hello Stingray families!  Happy Memorial Day Weekend.  See below for some important information regarding the practice and meet on Tuesday, May 31.

Practice - Tuesday, May 31

- White group (5-7 year olds) - 8:00-9:00 am; Blue group (8-10 year olds) - 9:00-10:00 am; Gold group (11-15 year olds) 10:00-11:00 am

- Please pick up your swimmer/family's team shirts and swim caps from the clubhouse!!

- Mark your swimmer's names in their t-shirts!!  Someone will inevitably leave a shirt at a meet, and we need to know who to return it to!

Meet - Tuesday, May 31

- 12500 NW Military Hwy - Barshop Jewish Community Center

- swimmers arrive at 4:45 pm to check-in; parent volunteers check-in

- warm-up for Stingrays at 5:20 pm

- To bring in a swim bag: black/blue competition suit, stingray swim cap, goggles, towel, team shirt (with name), water, sunscreen (apply and let dry BEFORE marking your swimmer); black permanent marker (for marking your swimmer's races); cash for snacks - camp chair for sitting in under tent with pit parents when not swimming - parents/spectators need chairs too!!

- Swimtopia App - download/login with your registration info - you can see which events, heats, lane, and stoke your child is swimming so that you can mark their arm before arriving (if you have never marked a swimmer for a meet, we can show you how - just let us know when you arrive at 4:45 pm)

*******Make sure you have a representative from your family signed up - we will be calling and texting those families who do not have anyone signed up******

*******Please register your swimmer for the meet on June 4 - it needs to be done by Monday, May 29 at 8 pm.  If you do not know how, email us/text on remind, and we will sign your swimmer up for you!*******
